My name is Kaleigh Marielle and I collaborated with Jessie Potter to create this program. 

As a busy model I found the only exercise I could do while traveling and stay consistent was Yoga.  Before that I struggled to stay in the shape I needed to be in for my career.  But after I found this amazing Yoga lifestyle, I could keep the shape I wanted, and enjoy life at the same time.  The goal of this program is to give you what Yoga gave me, a toned and slim body, without spending all of your waking hours in the gym or starving yourself.  My hope is that Bliss Yoga will leave you feeling sexy, healthy, rejuvenated, and energized, like it does for me.

Jessie Potter
Jessie Potter is our head Yoga Instructor based out of Miami, Florida. 

Jessie is the foundation of our Bliss Yoga Class.  She is calm, fluid and kind, just the type of instructor we all need for daily improvement and encouragement. Jessie has been a Yoga Instructor for over 10 years. 

Outside of our class Jessie is the owner of Rise & SoulShine, a monthly yoga event in Miami.  Rise and SoulShine brings together the local community, supports like-minded vendors, and donates thousands of dollars per year to various non-profits.

Jessie also leads international yoga retreats and hosts two teacher trainings a year.

  • Back To Basics - This class will slow down each movement so we can pause in each posture and get a good idea of alignment and engagement in the body. This class is for everyone, whether you're an experienced yoga practitioner who wants to come back to their foundation, or a beginner yogi trying this out for the first time.
  • Core Yoga Flow - This class is designed to challenge your balance, and strengthen your back, shoulders and abdomen.
  • Hamstring & Hip Openers - This class is excellent for opening the hips and feeling a deep stretch in the hip flexor muscles and hamstrings.
  • Detox & Purify - This class involves various positions that twist the body to maintain normal spine mobility and stretch and lengthen the muscles that line the spine. There are huge health benefits of twisting yoga poses. As always, we ask you to be mindful and to twist with engagement in your core and listen to your body.
  • Balance Flow - Balance does not mean staying still, but rather moving with the ebb and flow of life & changes and continuous movements. This class will challenge you to stay in balance and strengthen the muscles in your legs.
  • Neck & Shoulder Release - This class will help stretch your neck and shoulder muscles and release tension in these areas.
  • Vinyasa Breakdown - What many yoga teachers refer to as your “Vinyasa” is a series of yoga poses that are quite commonly repeated in many classes and are an important part of transitioning between sequences. This class will break down proper alignment and modifications for your vinyasa.
  • Ujjayi Breath Breakdown - This is a simple breakdown on how to connect with your breath whether you are on or off the mat.
  • Crow Pose Breakdown - Crow pose is an arm balancing pose that will help you build strength in your arms, wrists, and core. In this video, Jessie gives you a simple breakdown on how to get into the pose. Remember to breathe!
  • Meditation - Meditation has been proven to reduce activity in the right amygdala (the area of the brain involved in emotions/fear) even after meditation is complete. This meditation will help guide you to the present moment so you can become more relaxed. Meditation may also down regulate markers of inflammation and improve immune functioning.
